Mau Alanis started his career as a creative professional, later becoming a creative director working for brands such as Whirlpool, Nestlé, P&G, Wrigley, Mars, Duracell, Heineken, H-E-B, and others for nearly 12 years.
He studied film in New York (NYFA) where he made his short film Reading People (Official Selection FIC MTY). He then began his career as a director working for brands such as Grupo Modelo, Huawei, Bonafont, Nestlé, Bimbo, Coppel, and more.
He is currently represented by production houses in Mexico, the USA, Canada, and Latin America, where he always seeks different and interesting narratives to tell stories using visual resources, 3D, 2D, and post-production.
